Interim Steering Committee

The Interim Steering Committee undertook analysis and comparison of options that undergirds the QMNC Research Alliance structure. We are responsible for launching a collective action following the roadmap laid out in the 2019-2021 Strategic Plan.

Organization Structure

Several options for the organizational structure were considered by the working group. These models’ attributes were assessed against the above criteria, and a model developed that combined aspects of several that seemed most likely to support our organizational aims.
